What are three goals that you are committing to achieve by age 70? Why?
First of all, I want to have money. I don't want to be some random homeless guy asking for pocket change, I want to be the guy with a couple million in the bank and a good home with 400 acres of land.
2. I want to have a family. Yes, this might set my retirement back 20-30 years, but it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make. I might sound like I'm exaggerating with the whole 30 - year setback, but I've taken a piece of paper, written down all the extra costs, and added them all up..... believe me, it wasn't pretty.
3. I want to have done something important, something that left a positive impact on the world.
Owning a business will help me with these by:
Letting me retire earlier.
Getting me some money.
Giving me the resources to make an impact on the world.
Giving me a secure way to get money (Knowing I have a safe money train)
Spread my popularity so people will listen to me more easily, making my goal to have an impact on the world easier.
Helping my family to get jobs more easily.
These are the reasons that owning a business will help me on my journey to completing my three goals.
Is having a fallout plan a good idea? Sometimes we make plans but they don't work out. Wouldn't this put you in an even worse mood?
