Howdy people! Today I will be ranting on about the swivel chair, and how it helps modern society. So, how does it help us out? Well, it helps people concentrate on their work more comfortably, being able to lean back and turn around in a comfortable chair instead of working on a rigid, uncomfortable wooden chair.
The idea actually came from Thomas Jefferson, who bought a fancy chair and felt cheated because it was so uncomfortable. He took it apart, added a rotating mechanism inside, then put it back together. He was fond of his little chair, and signed the declaration of independence while sitting on it. That technically means that his chair is an important american artifact, so it is locked in a museum.
So, how did the swivel chair impact the world? Well, It helps people in the office focus, and likely anybody who made important historical decisions from then on used a swivel chair while making the decision. However, there may be people who disagree with me: “No good decision was ever made in a swivel chair.”-George S. Patton Jr. As a conclusion to this essay, Swivel chairs are beneficial to modern society and are great for helping you relax and be comfortable while being productive.
Good job, nice video, just need a little more content.
