The Yiga Clan is a group of evil sheikah members who have returned from Zelda: Breath of the Wild to Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity and Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. They have tried time and time again to kill Link and bring back Calamity Ganon, but have failed repeatedly. Sometimes their attacks get a bit overboard....

For some reason, they love Bananas. Yes, Bananas. They are the clear obsession of the Yiga Clan, as their hideout contains many mighty bananas and all defeated Yiga Footsoldiers and Blademasters drop them. Yiga Blademasters will also eat them when given the opportunity, which is a good distraction technique for sneaking past them in the Yiga Clan Hideout. But they think that everyone else loves them too, so they set up the "Ingenious " Banana trap. Think of it: You're walking along the side of the road, and you see a banana. You walk up to it, and suddenly you're surrounded by yiga clan members trying to kill you (They teleport). What do you do? Well, there's this thing called a puff shroom down in the Depths, and when you throw it down at your feet, it effectively makes a smokescreen!

They can't kill what they can't see, so they just stand there. So, when you find yourself surrounded by Yiga clan members, simply smokescreen and sneakstrike them! Sneakstrikes do insane damage, but they're not very honorable.

(Usually the symbols there say "Sneakstrike" But this guy changed his language).

There you have it, the easy way to make a laughingstock of the Yiga clan banana trap! Throw a puffshroom, sneakstrike, Victory dance! Also, eat the Banana.
