Hey everyone, this week's essay will be about one of my favorite product-based companies, Mars Inc. It's about M&M's. First, why are M&M'S one of my favorites? Well, first of all they are one of the few candies that it is hard to get tired of after eating them a long time. You know how when you eat a lot of candy at once and after a while you really just want water? Well, you can eat M&M's for hours at a time with little motivation to stop. They are simple but very good. However, this is only one of the reasons I like them. The second reason is that they have a trademark slogan that is excellent for baiting customers -"M&M'S melt in your mouth, not in your hand." Isn't
it so annoying when chocolate melts in your hand when you're trying to eat it? M&M'S used this problem as huge leverage against other products: anyone else who made this claim to their product would either be lying or copyrighting!
M&M'S mastered the candy market by making an extremely simple product that is super cheap to make and does not have an annoying tendency to melt like other products! It was a genius move, and M&M'S now sell in over 100 different countries. This is why Mars Inc., making M&M's, is one
of my favorite product-based companies. Thank you for reading another one of my essays!
